Lance has found a niche for himself in fantasy and science fiction illustration, working in contractual capacities as well as for actual game publishers. He’s been able to put his artistic talent to use in video game development, collectible card game (CCG) design and illustration, board and role-playing game design and illustration, portraiture, logo design, print design, book illustration, cover art, graphic novel illustration, and marketing material. Most prominently, he’s been a favorite amongst role-playing gamers who like to commission character portraits.

In the medeival day artist would receive patronage from nobles and kings, or rich appreciators of art. Unfortunately, that’s not the case in today’s society so Lance asks that you respect the work and effort he’s put into his pieces (even the unfinished sketches he presents in his galleries) and not steal his art.
